Key Information's

• Vehicle Specifications: Our vehicles are mostly under 3 years old and ULEZ London compliant. They come in plain grey or white colors without any signwriting. They have the capability to maintain temperatures ranging from +20 to -20 degrees Celsius.
• Standby Capability: Most of our vehicles are equipped with overnight standby functionality, allowing them to be plugged into a mains supply when the van is turned off. We provide a 20m lead for using this facility.
• GPS Tracking: Our vehicles are fitted with live GPS tracking systems, enabling real-time monitoring and ensuring the security of your cargo.
• Delivery & Collection: Delivery and collection services are available from Monday to Friday. However, exceptions can be made upon request. Deliveries and collections typically take place in the early morning or evening, excluding bank holidays. We offer an additional service for drop-off or collection within a 100-mile range for rentals of 10 days or longer. Extra charges may apply for drop-off or collection outside of this range.
• Inclusions: Our prices include insurance coverage and 24/7 breakdown assistance for your peace of mind.
• Pricing: The prices quoted are per day and exclude VAT. All rentals include an allowance of 120 miles per day, with additional miles charged at £0.55 per mile.
• Driver Requirements: All drivers must email a front-only photo of their driving license card and National Insurance number for pre-approval before driving our vehicles.
• Excess and Liability: We do not require a deposit, but in the event of an accident, you are liable to pay the excess amount of £900. You are also responsible for any damage to the van that occurs without involvement from another vehicle, including damage from height barriers, bollards, width restrictions, or any damage that appears overnight.
• Additional Charges: If you receive a parking ticket, pass through the Congestion Charge zone, or cross the Dartford Bridge, please pay the applicable fees. Failure to do so will result in additional charges.
• Fuel and Cleanliness: We provide the vehicle with a full tank of diesel, and we expect it to be returned in the same condition. Please ensure any spillages are cleaned immediately. Failure to return the vehicle in a clean condition may incur a £50 valet charge, including excessive dirt inside and outside the vehicle, both in the cab and rear compartment.
